Been treated here a few times now and can't complain about anything. Staff are so friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I'm always a bit apprehensive when visiting the dentist but staff are reassuring and put you at ease. Got a filling and an extraction today and l never felt a thing. Great dental practice.
Recently moved to Rooted Dental and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a few appointments with Georgie French so far and she’s been outstanding - professional, incredibly gentle, and genuinely reassuring.
Arrived five minutes before my appointment and my wife's appointment. The front desk was very cheerful and polite. Both my wife and I saw Chloe who was very professional and happy in her job. Lovely place I'm very happy that my wife chose Rooted as our new dentist after just moving to Kilmarnock in November last year.
Myself and my two children had our first appointment at Rooted. The practice is lovely and modern and the staff were very welcoming at reception. Our dentist was Ross and his nurse Alison. Ross was great with the kids and they felt at ease with him, I was so pleased as it had been sometime since their last appointment at our previous practice due to appointments getting canceled. Next it was my turn, Ross done an examination and we discussed my treatment plan. I’m looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Ross and Alison :)
I've just recently joined this practice and was a little trepidatious about it since I'm a bit nervous. I shouldn't have been. IWhen I registered with the receptionist he was so helpful and reassuring that I knew instantly it was the right decision. My new dentist Georgie is so nice and understanding and I've now had an appointment with Katie who was incredibly thorough and gave me really helpful advice on looking after my rather elderly teeth! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! A whole new world for me!
I honestly cannot thank Katie Lee and the dental nurse who assisted her enough for the care they showed me during my appointment on Wednesday. I arrived feeling extremely anxious and nervous, but from the very beginning they were so kind, calm, and attentive that they immediately helped put me at ease.
Fantastic dental practice. I was welcomed by friendly reception staff and seen very quickly by Georgie and Ruth. They made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in and took great care of me. Great chat from everyone in the practice as always—would definitely recommend!
Had such a lovely experience at Rooted getting composite bonding with Anton. Initially I was a bit nervous about the process but the whole team made me feel so relaxed and at ease. Craig at reception is always so welcoming and friendly too! I’m so happy with my new smile 😆 would highly recommend ⭐️
